Hey there football fans, so apologies, the competition overran a little bit but we hoped a few more posts and only got 6 , so I'll give a consolation prize to those out the top 3 !

Hopefully next time we can have a few more enter and we can have more TIPS and PRIZES.

So in reverse order the TOP 3 are as follows:

In 3rd place we have John-Henry, 3rd place was tough to pick as the remaining posts were all of a similar quality, Though liked Johns layout, stats and discussion points!

bbs.marketMy Best Team / Premier League 2022/23Hi ! There everyone is alright , As u know that the season of 2022,23 has been ended but it ended along with Manchester city 's side . We All know how hard city gave best and deserve to be the champion is the Premier League title . Manchester city took this title for seven times in 12 season which looks most handsome stats . I know city is at best but I am going to change my mind with some new blood , Youn players. My favorite Premier League best Team is here. 1. Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool)<a href=

In 2nd place we have Joa, his post showed great understanding of the game and he picked players from various leagues so liked the variety. Reasoning behind his picks where well explained and I like the fact some were different to the standard choices.

Congrats 200BBS for you!

You will clearly imagine that my team is going to have more Argentines than it should, but hey, that's how impartial I am hahahaDibu Martinez (Argentina)For me, he deserves to be among the ideal XI for his decisive participation in the world cup (penalty saver, the save against Muani in the world final, among others), in addition to the fact that he did well at his club, in one of the most competitive and difficult leagues in the world..Kyle Walker (England)I have no doubt that he is one of the best wingers or RBs in the world today, champion of the UCL, Premier League, although he could not stand out too much (as I remember) in the WC with England... But otherwise I would put the Argentine Molina Haha....Van Dijk (Nederlands)It was very hard to beat the Netherlands in the World Cup with this boy in the saga, if it weren't for the fact that Argentina left their team out, they could have fought until the end to be champion but this was not their chance... Also with Liverpool It has been having excellent seasons, without a doubt it has to be there!.Josko Gvardiol (Croatia)I remember him from the confrontation against Messi, in which he put up a great battle but lost to the King xD... But beyond that confrontation that is well remembered in the WC, he is an extraordinary defender and has a huge future, since he is very young man... I want him on my team!.Theo Hernández (France)This was difficult... I wanted to put Acuña from Sevilla but Milan advanced a lot in the UCL, so I opted for Theo, also both were world finalists...

In 1st place, was the post that was the best written, with good variation across leagues and great explanation behind his choices, now most will know I have been harsh on AJ for various reasons but the content he is currently doing is far better than it once was.

So for the time and effort put in to this he gets top spot, I hope he continues to take as much care and effort as he has i this and his recent posts.

Its better late than never and here I am going to bring my team of the season and normally it constitutes of players from domestic sides but as the World Cup was played during the mid season and that's why I will pick some players from World Cup performances too.I am going with a 4-4-2 formation here. GK : Emi MartinezOne of the biggest regrets for an Arsenal fan as they opted to let him go to Aston Villa and instead kept Berd Leno which proved to be disastrous decision by the management as he made an immediate impact after moving to Villa and later it paved his way to Argentina number 1.He has a good season in Premier League and was pivotal to the success of Argentina in the world Cup where he was the hero of the shootout in the final . So I have picked him for the Goalkeepers slot. He was also handed the golden glove for his performances in the final .RB: Kieran TrippierWell there was only one player who could have been picked on this slot as Trippier was simply amazing for New Castle United and he played a vital role in their success during the recent Premier League season where they have finished third and booked a slot for Champions League next season which is a great achievement for them largely thanks to Trippier who was good both defensively as well as offensively .Center Back: Nayef AguerdThat's another pick based on his strong performances in the recent World Cup where Morroco were rock solid defensively and reached the Semi Final of the World Cup surely a great feat for them and Aguerd was important member of their defense .In the Premier League as well he has provided a lot of value to West Ham team but as we all know one player can't cover the whole team when it comes to defense but his individual performances were pretty good for West Ham Ham United too.CB: Willaim SalibaWell how important was William Saliba to the Arsenal title challenge? We can look into it by having a close look at the number for Arsenal with and without William Saliba . He was loaned on the previous occasions as Arteta believed he needs to develop his game more. But after being names as the player of the season for the French League as he was deemed to be the best defenders in France in that season there were very few doubts that he won't be a nailed on starter for Arsenal and that's what has happened where he gave Arsenal something that they were missing for the past few decades . A solid presence at the back and immediately made an impact and brought Arsenal to the top of the league and they were very miserly too where they have let very few goals in . But once Saliba got injured at the back end of the season Arsenal started struggling in defense and has even thrown away good leads too. He was instrumental for Arsenal. LB : Raphael Guerriero This was an interesting choice as not much players made an impact in this position neither in the World Cup nor in the domestic leagues. So it was Raphael Guerriero who made the cut as he performed fairly well both domestically as well as for Portugal too in the World Cup. He was an important member of Borussia Dortmund side and lead their title charge which came down effectively on the last day of the season and the best thing about this guy is his willingness to move forward and Joins the wingers that makes him a hot property in his position. CM : Kevin De Bruyne Although he wasn't at his most belligerent best this season as injuries has hampered his season to some extent and Pep Guardiola did managed his minutes too along the way but he was still a very important member of the City side that has won the Treble and he has played an important part in that .He was involved in important goal contributions and even when he is not scoring we all know how good he is with his forward and key passes and that's why he bags a lot of Assists. It wasn't much different this season too. CM : Martin OdegaardA very few would have considered his performances but he was as good as anything this season for Arsenal although he has played a bit more higher up the pitch but I adjusted him here as he also plays in the diamond of midfield too .He shown a brilliant character throughout the season for Arsenal and kept things going even in the back end of the season where the performance of many Arsenal players faded away but he was able to provide Arsenal with the spark and scored some wonderful goals along with his Assists. He is a true leader and will get better with time. RW: Bukayo SakaAnother Arsenal player that made up my list is Bukayo Saka as he has performed so well throughout the season and was easily the best Arsenal player on the pitch from whom many teams were fearing due to his pace and also his control of the ball. He has scored some wondeful goals this season and was involved in majority of the Arsenal forward gameplay. That's why Arteta wanted to tie him down to a new long term contract as he was immensely successful and effective. Although he has missed an important penalty towards the end of the season bit that is something he will learn with time. LW: Lionel MessiThis is a bit strange position that I have to allot to Messi because I didnt want to crowd my forward line. Either way I could have opted for a 4 3 3 formation and out Messi up top too but nothing much to worry about Lionel Messi was the hero of the World Cup and the whole World were backing him too because everyone knew that this was realistically his last chance to win the World Cup and he has done it in emphatic fashion too which handed him the player of the tournament award too. His two goals in the final were very crucial and played a vital role in the success of his side . Overall he performed well for PSG too but wasn't able to produce some of his best football as he would have hoped to.ST : Kylian MbappeWell the most unluckiest person in this world has to be Mbappe he has done everything he could to made sure that France should be able to win the World Cup. From 2 nill down he shown great maturity and brought his side leveled at 2 -2 and the in the extra time he gave his side the lead and in the process completed his hattrick too a feat that would be hard to match by anyone and even in the dying minutes he was denied by a wondeful save of Martinez .France eventually lost the world Cup on penalties to Argentina and he will have live with it .He has performed really well for PSG too and guided them to title which handed him another award in the domestic leagues too.ST : Erling Halaand He has been easily the best striker domestically of the previous season where he was scoring for fun and some has even named him a goal machine. He has played a pivotal role to the City Side and was one of the main reasons why they were able to win the Treble. He has smashed several records this season where he was able to break the Premier League scoring record and won the Golden boot fairly easily. He was also on top of his game in Champions League too and was the highest scorer of Champions League too .He is a great player and has many great years ahead of him
