Xavi on Leo Messi: His return is up in the air. It depends on many things...”.

“He's a spectacular footballer and he's a person I'm friends with. We will see if it can happen or not. It also depends on the intention and desire Leo has”.

I think that Messi returning to Barça will be emotional. In some ways i'd love to see it. But from a sporting Perspective, im not sure its going to be easy integrating Messi into thiS Barça.

They are heading in different directions.

Barça IS on the UP and have a core fo young exciting players, while Messi has already achieved everything he wanted in the game and his saving his legs for argentina.

Xavi has his work cut out if he's to play messi but still keep Barça a lean, hungry, pressing machine that wants to compete in Europe.
