👉 24 hours after THE WEEKLY CHAT - Summary

Yesterday we closed another week with a succesful meet up.

The Weekly Chat is an online video meet up - each Sunday - for all  BBS members to express their opinion and suggestions about this project.
The Weekly Chat was again a succes - most of the old and active  members have attended and discussed about BBS.

Here is a short summary about what we have discussed:

The main topic was about how to help this project to succed.

✅ We all agreed that keeping interest is the most important at the moment. People need to be stimulated to stay active and engage.

✅ Expend BBS by creating more boards about different topics to discuss - giving the people the freedom of speach and keep them motivated.

✅ The app can help work this better because we get engaged mostly when we are tagged in posts. When we will have the app , we suppose that there will be a fallow, block , tag, search feature that can simplify our activity and interest on BBS.

Another usual topic was about how to help the new members, but also the old members who cannot create good content.

✅ Stop the copy-paste from “crypto potato”.

People should use a link to external web pages, but when they post they should express an opinion.

We agreed also that the language can be a problem for many people. Some people can understand enghlish, but cannot express themselfs  in words, so that is why they might share a link without any introduction.

✅ Stop the Banana posts 🍌

What is a banan post? 👀

Well Banana post is a post with a picture in wich the publisher tags a bunch of people to generate impressions.

✅ Giving the permission to make post for giveaway, reward, make a competition for the best post with a certain subject : charts, news. This can motivate the members.

✅ Interact in some not so good posts daily by old members and express their opinion about that post, plus making referal to some good posts where to get inspired, can be a big help.

Security and privacy are 2 important topics as well.

Is it easy for hacker to hack our accounts?

✅ Well, there is not so much protection as we use just a password to log in into our  profile. But at the same time there should not be a big problem as BBS is decentralized .

✅ ChickenJohnny has made a good point saying that people won’t be so much tempted as the price of token is low, but when it will increase might change. At that time we all hope to have been withdrawn all our BBs tokens inton our exchange accounts.

Are we having privacy over private members messaging?

✅ We hope so, as there should be such privacy.

Is our twitter linked account safe?

✅ Yes, we trust that is safe as twitter is a big Social media platform and is used by millions of people.

How can we promote our content creator posts more than the copy paste posts?

✅ Those content creatir post should be more easy to find by being pinned in our profile or to the main page.

✅ Tag the new people in our self written posts.

There is a struggle for the small boards to attract new members and get them engaged.

✅ The CPM boost makes it difficult as there are low CPM or some other boards ,  like Villa can have a big CPM boost and can win against the others.

✅ ChickenJohnny suggestions are to have an equal CPM - this will make it much better.

✅ The funding problem makes takes a long time to make cashable.

✅ Chassp123 is has its own board and she is very open with her members.

✅ She has experienced moderators that help to keep the board cleaned by pulling out the people with no content posts.

✅ Moderators from all the boards have a list of potential members who might be a potential fraud.

We have a huge challenge with the notifications and a sorting them will be helpful 🙂.

We need referal links to spread the news about BBS and attract new users to share it on big social media like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
