📌TAG Heuer to accept crypto payments

TAG Heuer following the lead of lead of fellow luxury brands like GUCCI and Off White has decided to embrace Cryptocurrency. The Swiss based luxury watchmakers have partnered with BitPay to facilitate their customer with cryptocurrency as option for payment. For the time being, these crypto payments will only be accepted on the US websites.

- Tag Heuer will not accept crypto payments in any physical stores (not even in US) for the time being.
- 12 crypto currencies will be available to make payments which are Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), and five USD-pegged stablecoins, BUSD, DAI, GUSD, USDC, and USDP.
- Customer can make payments up to $10,000 per transaction with no minimum spending requirements.
- Customer can link more than 100 different crypto wallets and exchanges, including Coinbase, Ledger Wallet, Metamask, Crypto.com, Gemini Wallet, Binance, and others.
- For customers who want refund on purchase, BitPay will convert the dollar amount to cryptocurrency, at the conversion rate applicable at the time of the refund.
