Well it seems that while the market is in full bear mode (relax!!! during these times it's better to gain more knowledge on the crypto world, there are a lot of good free courses for it all around) the governments are stepping up on the regulations, which is good for adoption in the long run peeps...In Singapore they are cracking down on the misuse of crypto...money laundering, extortion and the like...According to the article the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), basically Singapore's Central Bank, and the financial regulator will be relentless on people who do shady, illegal things with it. Scams, rug pulls, etc. will count as bad behaviour as well. Singapore was one of the countries many crypto exchanges went to since they were crypto friendly, but now to get a license will be slow...DRACONIAN slow. Many exchanges moved out and went to Dubai, the crypto hub of the world as of now, but with countries also stepping up on these regulations will cause that many and I mean many people who are up to no good think twice before they pull something like that. A nice cleansing if you ask me. Be well people and stay safe!!

Everything and I mean EVERYTHING has a purpose. Things/people/everything has a cycle and each cycle a purpose...without it it would not exist. We are always told that we have a purpose in life and we do...in nature our purpose is to consume the energy from things or transform it and then ourselves become the energy source for things (we die our energy is consumed by bacteria, insects, the soil, so on and so forth), in a mental way we have several purposes, we want to be rich, we want to change the world, we want to help others, we want to help ourselves, etc...but its still purpose, there is no right or wrong. That is just subjective to each person way of thinking, what i believe is a good purpose it might be bad for someone else. we just do it. Right or wrong dont matter, we fulfill that purpose and we move on. for example, Hitler had a purpose and he fulfilled that and the world moved on and yes he might live in infamy but his purpose was there for us to create consciousness towards genocide, without Hitler's purpose some one else would have done it, why? because we all need to experience things (good or bad) to learn and pass that knowledge down to future generations, so whenever a purpose is fulfilled a new one will appear, then when thousands of years pass and humans are no longer here, new species will have new purposes and experience things and so on and so forth. We are not the top creation, we are all part of the top creation, the Universe. every atom has a purpose. Without it...nothing.

It’s about cryptos and digital and governments.” And I agree with the kid, it's not about crypto taking over FIAT, but become an integral part part of it, a mix of both. He tweeted that traditional currencies have done a decent job remaining "stable". All thou inflation is making people's purchasing power decrease over the years with the help of cryptocurrencies I believe this will empower people back to have some sort of purchasing power and giving FIAT and the economy to stabilize once both are working in tandem / harmony then that is when the true magic will appear, Vitalik stated that FIAT needs to be understood on how it works before it's dismissed, here's the tweet:
We know that FIAT right now due to inflation, COVID, Ukraine situation, energy has a grim future ahead and excess printing from Central Banks don't help, I believe that Crypto is here to help US not loose it all, all thou with current market conditions and the fear & greed is also not helping the crypto market it is finding its own way to stabilize both markets, no one said it would be peaches and cream right?

Well some countries do have control of their own resources, others are exporting theirs so they can import the processed goods. But if each country would control their own, then war will ensue 100%. Why do I know its 100%. Because it is already happening, been happening for centuries!!! US has no oil or money to find more oil in their own turf, what do they do...fake a war with (Add the name of a country with no treaty with the US and has no strong military power) to get some oil. Russia - ukraine (The media think we are stupid enough to believe its because the Ukraine once belonged to the soviets now Russia and the citizens wanted to be part of Russia again? pleaseeee dont be naive) its the resources they are after. Im actually surprised they havent made a war with Mexico, the state of Chiapas in Mexico is one of the most rich places in the world in resources, hell! even plutonium in big quantities exist there. That's why the US always "backup" Mexico, they need our resources and will not go to war with Mexico due to the close ties with Canada and South America. in other words the US would be seen as a Russia is being seen in Ukraine right now. I think the better question here is:

Well as we know the crypto market is having some serious issues, in this bear market we will see some of the projects that seemed sound because of the constant shilling but without the proper research by us are collapsing right to the ground, LUNA and CELSIUS to name some. To be honest I was glad when LUNA collapsed because of the arrogance and narcissistic attitude of Do Kwon towards the people who were telling him his project had a serious flaw and he should correct that, but the ego didn't let him see pass through that and WHAM! down it went. But I realized I was absolutely wrong, I shouldn't be glad, why? not because of the people who lost a lot, nope, they were warned several times that the project had flaws and a death spiral was imminent, it's like watching a tornado coming for your house and you look the other way while people scream at you that its coming, sheesh. Why I shouldn't be glad is because when projects like these fail so spectacularly this causes a ripple effect on the market and causes fear on investors hence causing good sound projects on paper and in utility to loose those funds and they too start to collapse. A domino effect if you would like to call it. But here is the good news, Brazil, one of the countries that are becoming crypto-friendly just proposed a bill to accept crypto as legal payment method!!! Really good news for the crypto world! The bill has to be approved as of yet and then be sent to the senate to be passed, but the step has been made, the bill also proposes that crypto private keys be protected from being seized by the court, "Not your money, not your keys". So Brazil is quickly becoming the hottest ticket in town for the crypto world, regulations like this bill are being proposed to establish legal grounds and be like El Salvador, so far they are doing great, heck, even judges are being trained in crypto!!! amazing news in these dark times, stay safe and be well gang!!

Well a statement made from Tether said that the hold made by Celsius had nothing to do with their stablecoin Tether and that their reserves are "holding" strong. Celsius is going through a severe crisis and with the Tether statement that they have nothing to do with it made investors sigh in relief, at least with the tether coin...CEL is a different thing, seems this one will not survive this bear market, and so many others as well so make sure you have done your research and bet on layer 1's or projects that have plenty of backup and having capital to survive this crypto winter. Tether DID invest in CEL but they have a variety of tokens in their portfolio and this has no issues with liquidity as many people thought Tether was going to collapse their statement was “While Tether’s investment portfolio does include an investment in the company (Celsius), representing a minimal part of our shareholders’ equity, there is no correlation between this investment and our own reserves or stability.”, so have no fear regarding this stablecoin, for the time being. Why isn't anyone being charged with this??? It all started in December 2021 through the Doge Pound launchpad and was advertised as “NFTs for sports fans from the players” supposedly was to be part of the metaverse, live events for autographs and the like, also with giveaways.
ZachXBT twitter account, which specializes in finding out about rug pulls, scams and all that, posted this tweet:
Basketball players from the US like Michael Carter-Willi, Jerami Grant, Gary Harris, Marcus Zegarowski, Terrence Ross, Dennis Cliff Smith Jr., and Lance McCullers Jr., were hyping the project as Zach investigated and he also found out that the players trasnferred the funds to themselves and the promised giveaways didn't happened, excuses were made, insane delays, etc. and since may 5th when co-founders Brooks Brown announced he and Austin Grieshober left the project. Leaving Michael Carter-Willi to lead it, nothing has happened, radio silence.
The question here is why isn't anybody filing a lawsuit? or charges of fraud being made? as the author mentions in the article...The NFT world is like the Wild West, and these guys are like the moderm Jesse James gang, stealing the funds and running towards the sunset. Yi-pikayey mofo's. Be well gang and be safe, remember to always DYOR and wait until a project deploys properly and some assurance is known. Otherwise you will be victims of ponzi schemes or rug pulls.

This recipe I found to be specially delicious with a shredded carrot salad, but the recipe is only for the TUNA PATTIES, its quick to do and takes about 15 min. to make, easy peasy. Also if your following the keto diet, this is good for you. To me personally, I prefer the beef, but sometimes the budget is not that high so a couple of cans of tuna will fix this hehehehe. Bon Apetit my friends, happy weekend!!
Ingredients
- 566 gm of canned tuna in water, drained!!! Not in oil!
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise of your liking
- 1½ cups of shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil, for frying of course.
THE HOW TO...(instructions)
- Drain and squeeze out any excess liquid from the canned tuna before mixing it
with all the other ingredients (except for the olive oil!! Remember it's for
frying!!) in a bowl.
- Pat the mixture into patties, the size you like, it's recommended to do it about
5 cm wide and 1 cm thick.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, add enough olive oil to coat the base of the
pan. Once hot add the patties. To avoid overcrowding, you may need to fry them
in batches. Flatten them by lightly pressing down with a spatula. Cook for 3-4
minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- SERVE and enjoy!!!
On a side note:
You can make the burgers dairy-free by replacing the shredded cheese with 1 more tbsp of mayonnaise per serving.

We know that in England Police officers do not carry firearms unless is the special units and or ranks of sargeants and above that can carry firearms, the strange thing is that the cases of firearms involved in England are far lower than its counterpart the US. Most british agree that even in cases where police officers do get killed in the line of duty its often rare situations and also most police officers do not want to carry a firearm. Then there is the public, they believe that having armed officers will create a psychological feeling of oppression and arming and training the police force will cause a great increment in public spending, thus creating more taxes to the already high rates the British pay. So the question here is why in the US the police officers carry guns? simple answer...America’s gun problem!!! most civilians in the US have guns so the police treat every single call as if the citizen is possibly armed, “It’s Schrödinger’s gun: It’s always there, but it’s not there until you see it,” Michael Sierra-Arévalo, a sociologist at the University of Texas stated.
So what can be done? Firstly, fix the gun control issue, then reform the police. That could be as it seems the only way to fix the issue of armed police officers in the US. As the British goes, seems their armed forces are exclusively for well trained and need to use situations and statistically speaking they are doing good.

The power we all have as people is immense and scary as well, back in the day, the ideal of a government that worked for the people by the people (Lincoln's Gettysburg address) got skewed, we now see corruption all around, the people in power wanting more and more and stepping on the little guy, government officials abusing their power to feed a hidden agenda of a corporation or a group in power, silencing the true media, the media that gives actual news with facts and fact checking them, not just publishing with hearsays or rumors or even worse, to create content out of thin air just to cause fear to the people and having them inline. This is what is happening NOW. We as people can unite and as you've seen before (in Egypt it happened not long ago) they were unhappy with the government and they went on strike, displeased and what happened? a new government was established. We have that power, to remove the people in power if they are not doing things right for the people, we have seen people boycott a corporation because they had abused their power or lied to the public about their product or involved in something illegal, the people made the companies either change their policies or go bankrupt. But the sad part is that people don't want to get involved, don't want to defend their rights, as long as they have a roof on their heads and food on the table they are ok. That mediocrity will be the death of our rights, fear will be the death of our rights, "let me sign this document, just give me the "vaccine boost" and I want to be protected" and wham you just gave away your privacy rights cause you signed something that gave them the power to do so, and the vaccine was just saline water injected into your body. We have to wake up people, the status-quo is not OK, it's not right, WE have the voice, WE are in control, WE deserve better! But to truly accomplish that we need a true leader, one that will bring the balance back to all of us and not just the few, one that speaks for all of us and not just companies or the elite rich, one who understands were we come from, how despair feels like when your stomach is growling for food, one that knows how anxiety feels when your wages are not enough for the rent of the roof you live in and you cant afford to buy your own house...that is when true change will happen, when leaders put themselves in the shoes of the less fortunate. that is my rant and im sticking to it!!! thanks for reading gang!! have a great weekend!!

Here is a simple explanation of the EOS Token, since it's the one we use for withdrawals in this amazing project, so here it is. Hence EOS was named "ETH Killer" since ETH is the leader in the transaction battle, but let me give some more info on EOS.
How it works you may ask?
Well the EOS project is to educate, let me put it simply, remember how we created webpages back in the day? with lots of code? and how easy is to create one now? That is basically it, EOS wants to make devs create dApps in such a simple way that it will be so accesible to all entering the web3 universe.
The difference of EOS.IO and the EOS Token
EOS.IO - It's the Operating System. The one that controls the EOS Blockchain, like Unix, MacOS or windows.
EOS is the token used on the blockchain for payments in the network or if hodling for the governance on the blockchain. Think of it as the ETH to pay for the NFT's and other transactions, or the famous BTC Pizza, pay with the token you get some goods...this one is the one we are hodling or transacting for other things.
What makes EOS Special you say?
Well easy peasy...ETH is it's main competitor so EOS is working on the consensus mechanism, the method used in a network to verify transactions on a blockchain and is fundamental to maintaining security. We all know ETH is pretty bad at this method, that's why EOS is working on solving this and adding the tools to create dApps in an easy way well then, that will make EOS a true leader in the battle of tokens.
Is the EOS project truly decentralized?
Block.one built the EOS platform and token holders have a vote on who gets to verify the transactions because of their POS (Proof of Stake) consensus. Token holders can also have a say in protocol changes, thus making people think its not decentralized, but there is an "A-Ha" here...10% of the tokens from the ICO are held by the founders (well they need to have a gain right?) but the remaining 90% goes to investors (us!!! yay), Block.one will have it's allocation of the tokens but in a 10 year drip if you want to call it like that, meaning that it kinda allocates little by little. Hence, we get the say and not a big corpo saying what is what and what goes where. It is quite the project...and me, personally believe in it.

Now to the news, the South Korean exchange platform UpBit de-listed the Litecoin token,why? well simply because of regulations, LTC did an upgrade, called Mimble Wimble, that makes transactions private. Big no no for South Korean laws, so the exchange decided to terminate transactions with this token until June 20th. SK has a very strict set of regulations for tokens now and exchanges need to follow suit. The Specific Financial Information Act obligates the exchanges to enforce strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-money laundering (AML) policies and prohibition of anonymous transactions. Since LTC Foundation did not respond as to the why some of the “anonymous transmission technology” upgrade that prevented it from checking the transaction information, caused a major setback to the coin, since not only did UpBit was the only one that removed support to LTC, also Bithumb, Coinone, Korbit, and Gopax will follow. YIKES!!! So set your bags to sell mode, cause many other exchanges due to their own countries regulations will probably do the same until a new upgrade on LTC removing the anonymity transaction for a better transparency will fix this, question here is how long will the exchanges take to put LTC back on the list, crypto gods only know. This bill states that if passed the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will have dibs on the crypto market, meaning, they are the ones who will be responding regarding spot markets and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will be the "eye in the sky" over all crypto. Also the bill states that all DAO's, exchanges and stablecoins will have to register themselves. This bill will clarify the universe of digital tokens that will fall under the SEC’s jurisdiction. a spokesperson for senator Lummis stated. This will restrict the SEC not expand it, Cryptoverse will have more regulations than banks or financial institutions that is for sure, and "Not a lot of room for defi, and none for anons/non-reg DAOs,” Cinneamhain Ventures’ Adam Cochran tweeted. here's his twitter handle: @adamscochran.

'tis I and I bring news from the recent DDoS attack on STEPN, well it seems the attack was made after an anti-cheating update on June 3rd, subsequently 25 million DDoS attempts were carried and STEPN closed down the DeFi app, that pays you by pretty much moving, it was notified through their tweeter account and it was supposedly take 1 to 12 hours to fix, it has been more than 24 hrs. OUCH!!! BAYC (Bored Ape) was also hacked, but let us remember they are on different blockchains, STEPN works on the SOLANA blockchain...and this is not the first time STEPN had a DDoS attack, there was one back in May and also another one in April. Would this be an attack from a competitor? or Hackers are just trying to get some quick cash, however, it will be hard to move the heist due to transparency on the network or I could be wrong. Let's see if they can find the perpetrators and make an example out of them, thus creating new laws for blockchain crimes and help companies take proper security measures for these kind of attacks. Well I was reading some news about crypto and found this...The FTC reported that in the US, investors lost a whopping $1 BILLION!!! in scams, rug/pulls, you name it, mostly due to the fact there is not enough crypto education and regulations. According to the report which said: "Since blockchain transactions cannot be reversed and are untracked, scammers are able to make away with the money." That is why most people who know about crypto, investors who have being doing this for years always say: DYOR (Do Your Own Research), if you find a project that it seems it could be a good investment, read about it, find who is investing in this, the project team, reviews of it. For example, LUNA was definitely a rug/pull, since the company behind it pulled the funds just before the crash, and several investors who knew about the flaws of LUNA mentioned time and time again about the death spiral, hell...even our uncle Ran had losses since the project seemed solid enough and lots of razzle and dazzle, but in the end it's Achilles heel was its ultimate death...now LUNA 2.0 is out and many people want to recover their losses and some did...but some people wanted to HODL it and think it would go to $100 but no, my friends...no. Please, always always double check before you invest/trade. If you don't know what you're doing and just following others, then the crypto market is not for you.
