Wise Or Fool?

Spurs bosses are holding firm for Harry Kane and they are not willing to let him go but the way they are treating the issue seems a risky one. Harry Kane has one year left on his current contract and although there is a contract extension on the table for him which is believed to have a significant pay rise as they are willing to give him more than 300k per week plus adds on but he is in no mood to sign a contract extension at least till the time window is open.
Bayern Munich are looking to have a very strong interest in him and they also wants to sign a player who can replace Robert Lewondwski since they don't have a player in his mould and have struggled in the previous season as they barely won the title due to a slip up from Borrusia Dortmund and now Tuchel wants to rectify this issue in this transfer window.
Tuchel knows that Kane is the best player to replace Lewondowski needs to be replaced this window and Kane is an ideal candidate for him and that's why they have submitted a second bid which is believed to be in the excess of 70m but as per multiple reports Spurs boss Daniel Levy is not willing to let him go and will reject the second offer as well. It will be interesting to see if Bayern will return with a third offer of a 80m or not for which Spurs are currently holding out.
In case if they don't allow him to leave this summer and if he don't sign a new contract than it will become a very bizzare situation for Spurs where he would be able to leave on a free transfer next summer and will have the option of joinning any club of his own choice and could even stay in Premier League as he have many takers.
