Post Surgical Abortion Question

I’m about 6 days post S.A. and I have a fever that’s been climbing slowly all day. I just hit 100.0, and ive got some cramping and more blood than I had any of the last few days. At what point do I need to seek emergency care? I’m really worried about going to the hospital and letting them know what happened since i’m in a red state. Any advice would be helpful!
