Found out today I’m pregnant

Hi I found out today in pregnant. I took the morning after pill 2 weeks ago after not being careful and did a test today. I should be just be 4/5 weeks I think. I’m still deciding but I don’t think I can do another pregnancy right now. I have two children and my youngest is 16 months. I’m quite upset I’m in this situation but I’m here now. Any advice please. If I do terminate I’d like it done asap and maybe medical so it’s more like a miscarriage. Feeling alone and confused :-(
