Flick Chat and News Superman crying can be interpreted two ways.
Superman does not kill, but to save humanity he had to kill Zod who could not be trapped nor was he willing to surrender, Superman however is a good person so he is destroyed by pain for not having saved a life, even if it is that of a genocide supremacist. The other reason is that Zod, rightly or wrongly, is the only Kryptonian still alive after Superman, Superman in fact, after discovering he was an alien, wanted to know what his people were like, and only Zod could tell him about Krypton. Superman then cries at the end as The Doctor cries at the master's death, both having become the last members of their race.

The planet Krypton is destabilized from the mining of the planetary core. Just before the planet explodes, Krypton's supreme council chief advisor Jor-El infuses the genetics codex into his infant son, Kal-El, the first naturally born Kryptonian child in centuries. Jor-El manages to send Kal-El in a spacecraft toward Earth before being killed by General Zod during an uprising. Kal-El lands in Kansas, where he is adopted by Jonathan and Martha Kent and named Clark. As he grows older, he develops superhuman powers that Jonathan urges to keep hidden, even refusing Clark's help years later during a tornado incident where he loses his life. Burdened with guilt over Jonathan's death, Clark travels the globe hiding under various aliases seeking a purpose in life.Daily Planet reporter Lois Lane receives an assignment to investigate the discovery of a Kryptonian scout ship in the Canadian Arctic. Clark enters the ship disguised as a worker and learns from its artificial intelligence (AI), modeled after his father Jor-El, that Clark was sent to Earth to guide its people. While following Clark, Lois inadvertently triggers the ship's security system, and he uses his powers to rescue Lois from its defenses. He wears a uniform provided by the ship's AI and begins testing his flying abilities. Unable to convince supervisor Perry White to publish an article on the incident, Lois tracks down Clark in Smallville, with the intent of exposing him. However, Lois drops the story upon hearing of Jonathan Kent's sacrifice, keeping Clark's identity safe but fueling Perry's suspicions.Zod and his crew escape the Phantom Zone, where they were imprisoned for treason for their actions against Krypton. They travel to Earth to turn it into a new Krypton, possessing several terraforming devices salvaged from Kryptonian outposts. Following Clark and Lois' capture, Zod's science officer, Jax-Ur, extracts Clark's genes to create Kryptonian colonists who will build a society based on Zod's ideals of genetic purity. Using the Jor-El AI to take over the ship, Clark and Lois flee and warn the U.S. military of Zod's plan, resulting in an explosive confrontation between Clark and Zod's troops.Zod deploys his most powerful terraforming device, the World Engine, which severely damages Metropolis and puts humanity's existence at risk. Given the codename "Superman", Clark destroys the terraforming platform while the military launches a suicide attack, sending Zod's troops back to the Phantom Zone. With the ship destroyed and Krypton's only hope of revival gone, Zod vows to destroy Earth and its inhabitants out of revenge. The two Kryptonians engage in a lengthy battle across Metropolis, which concludes when Clark is forced to kill Zod as he attacks a family in a train station. Clark adopts the moniker "Superman" and persuades the government to let him act independently, under the condition he does not turn against humanity. To gain covert access to dangerous situations, he takes a job under his civilian identity, Clark, as a freelance reporter for the Daily Planet.

War films regularly conjure pix of epic battles, huge-scale conflicts, and sweeping narratives.
But, each occasionally, a movie comes along that defies those conventions and captures the essence of warfare on a greater intimate scale. "The Hurt Locker," directed by way of Kathryn Bigelow, stands as a prime example of a tiny struggle movie with a huge meaning.
Released in 2008, "The Hurt Locker" shifts the focus from grand battlefields to the stories of a bomb disposal team throughout the Iraq warfare.Dec 11, 2023

Flick Chat and News Adapted from the comic book series created by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons, the film follows Eggsy (Taron Egerton), a young rebel from London, who is recruited to join a secret spy organization.
From then on, he is called up for selection and will be tutored by veteran agent, Galahad (Colin Firth), who wants to solve the mystery of the murder of a former colleague. Now what few people know. Many actors were at serious risk of dying during recording!
Do you remember this scene?
So, despite all the preparation, things don't always go as expected - In fact, they can go very wrong.
This is the case in the scene where the characters are trapped in a room full of water. The computer that controlled the water tanks crashed and a catastrophe almost occurred. However, what really worked was the work of actor Colin Firth, who plays young Eggsy's mentor .At 54 years old, Firth was not intimidated by the amount of action scenes. He shot about 80% of those scenes. However, before filming began, the actor underwent a strict diet, worked out a lot and ran for at least three hours every day.Oct 4, 2023
Flick Chat and News If anyone is going to take a classic children's tale, embed said tale with dark undertones; envelop said tale with morals aplenty, utilise the animation technique of stop motion, and all whilst successfully evoking every emotion.
I highly recommend this visually-stunning film for young and old alike. Although it is depicting a story most of us have read, heard of or watched, but it certainly hasn't been depicted like this. This film is appealing on every level, not only for the beautiful and intricate details, but also for its unique storytelling with interwoven dark undertones to highlight the realities of morals, dreams and societal "monsters".
I applaud everyone who worked on this 2022 cinematic masterpiece, and especially Del Toro. I won't be surprised if this film were to win accolades, as they would be well-deserved. So, get the family together and witness what is one of the greatest Netflix films released this year. Oct 3, 2023

Flick Chat and News Maybe you didn't know this but, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham or Vin Diesel can lose a fight, and it is not because they are practically invincible, but because it is established in the clauses of their contract.
The catalog of eccentricities and strange requests that "contract" actors make are always striking to those of us who are not inside the Hollywood machine, but there are some that are truly surprising.
The contracts of Vin Diesel, star of the Fast and Furious saga, Jason Statham and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, clearly specify that none of the three can "lose a fight", at least as far as the car franchise is concerned. refers."According to the films' producers and crew members, Mr. Statham, 51, has negotiated an agreement with the studio on the most he can be hit on screen. Mr. Diesel, 52, has his sister, producer of the film, controlling the blows he receives and Mr. Johnson, 47 years old, has the producers, editors and those responsible for coordinating the fights, working to ensure that he always returns everything he receives," they explain in the article.
What is this about?
Well, these actors benefit from being tough guys, if they lose a fight it is very possible that their image will be damaged, so they always have to ensure that the fights end in a draw.Sep 30, 2023

Flick Chat and News This is honestly one of the best that Netflix has to offer, and it is certainly a limited series that I can highly recommend.
Plot
The material this 2019 8-part police procedural covers is both heavy and can be triggering, but it is illuminated well by the top-rate writing and the powerful performances turned in by its cast. A cast including Toni Collette, Merrit Wever, and Kaitlyn Dever.
"Unbelievable" takes a slow-burn approach in unfolding the story, but it is done so methodically and purposefully, in order to highlight how police investigations into sexual assault cases should be conducted, and also how they can go terribly amiss. Additionally, it also highlights the fallout to victims of such heinous crimes.
Story
The story follows a young girl named Marie Adler (Kaitlyn Dever) who's life takes a devastating turn after she is sexually assaulted in Washington state, and the two male detectives assigned to her case bully her into retracting her initial report. However, two years later a series of similar sexual assault cases are reported, and two female detectives (Meritt Wever and Toni Collette) from two separate cities both conclude that they may be chasing the same perpetrator.
There is a reason this limited series became a popular watch on Netflix, and although the topic may be distressing it is still an addictive watch to unravel from the beginning right to its final episode. So, if you're a fan of crime-thrillers then let this one be your next watch. A word of caution to those who have been victim to sexual assault, this can be highly triggering so please proceed with care.Sep 28, 2023

Flick Chat and News Hi Guys,
If you're a fan of action thrillers, then chances are you'll enjoy this new series. I base my entire recommendation of "The Night Agent" on how addictive and engaging each episode was. This was binge-worthy.
Plot
The series has 10 episodes and it is based on a novel by Matthew Quirk. We follow the fast-paced pursuits of a low-level FBI agent, Peter Sutherland who works in the basement of the White House. One night he answers the phone that he is manning, which leads him on many dangerous pursuits.
Review
Even though it has its fair share of flaws, overall it was compelling enough to ensure you watch right til the last episode. If you enjoy political thrillers, then this would be right up your alley too. There are some dangerous political conspiracies at play here.
🫠🔥
So, if this sounds like something you'll enjoy watching, then get out the popcorn, a strong libation, and enjoy. Sep 24, 2023
Flick Chat and News Hi Guys,
If you are looking for an informative docufilm that has recently been added to the Netflix library, then let "Take Care of Maya" be just that. I highly recommend this one.
Plot
I was rendered speechless to witness what the Kowalski family had to endure, from the very first moment that nine-year-old Maya Kowalski was admitted to John's Hopkins All Children's Hospital in 2016, the poor family did not anticipate what was to occur after her admittance.
Review
This docufilm was an eye-opener, and it became obvious just how important it was for the film-makers to bring focus to this devastating and nightmarish truth. As the film progresses you will find yourself exposed emotionally, to the appalling treatment that Kowalski family was subjected to, especially by the unjust judicial and social systems.
🤔
If you happen to come across this brand-new release, then do press play and see what ensues. You will find yourself in awe, angered, and heartbroken. Sep 23, 2023
